Linda A. Banks is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and owner of Banks Children's Learning Centers, songwriter, composer an author with degrees in Pedology and a Bachelor of Arts.

She has also published Ms. Linda's Magical Pockets, Ms. Linda's Wonderful Field Trips, and Ms. Linda's Precious Time-out, including a children's musical CD/DVD "Education for the Millennium". Linda has been recognized internationally by "Black Enterprise Magazine" for her entrepreneurial endeavors with children.
